PROUDLY OVERCOMING LIFE'S MANY OBSTACLES. Gilbert's syndrome is a common disorder that affects bilirubin processing by the liver, leading to jaundice. This “benign” condition can present itself as abdominal pain, loss of appetite, fatigue, sugar/ chocolate craving, gynecomastia, and weakness after suffering an infection. Although some may claim that sufferers of Gilbert’s syndrome can lead a “normal” life, we wish to bring to light the psychological distress experienced by GS individuals.

I don't have GS, but I once dreamt that I did--what a truly terrifying nightmare! When I woke up, I too was flooded with understanding..I knew where those moobs came from & why my hair won't stop growing. Then I realized it was all just a dream.. Still searching..
